Porto Agree Deal to Sign Souza on Loan from Tottenham, Reports Say

Porto have reached a full agreement with Tottenham Hotspur to sign defender Souza on a temporary loan.

According to football transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, the deal is fully agreed after Tottenham authorized the player to travel.
