A man posing as 49ers player Daejon Love allegedly carried out a $1.3 million romance scam, and prosecutors say he should remain behind bars because he poses a serious flight risk and has few ties to any community.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, prosecutors are seeking to keep the alleged fraud suspect in custody.
