Adrien Broner is seeking to have an arrest warrant dismissed in his trespassing case after his attorney appeared in court, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Broner’s lawyer reportedly argued that the boxer did not intentionally miss his court appearance. Instead, Broner mistakenly believed the case had already been closed.
