Bethel-Tate Local Schools Superintendent Melissa Kircher has announced her resignation, effective Jan. 3. The board of education accepted her departure during Tuesday night’s meeting.

In a statement, the district said Kircher helped lead “through years of change, challenges and progress, always with a focus on serving students, families and the Bethel-Tate community.”
