The 34-year-old singer and actress purchased the six-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom dwelling for $4.89 million in 2020, roughly three years before she began dating Blanco, 38, whom she wed in September 2025.

After the couple snapped up a new, much larger Beverly Hills dwelling for $35 million in February 2025, Gomez no longer needed her former bachelorette pad, which spans nearly 11,500 square feet and sits on just under an acre. The property’s ownership by Gomez was highlighted in the listing, which also noted its prior famous resident: music legend Tom Petty, who had the home custom built in 1989 and owned it until 2017, when it was sold just months before his death.
Before Gomez purchased the property six years ago, it underwent a meticulous renovation and is now described as a “private celebrity compound” that “evokes a magical vision of romance, inspiration, and tranquility.”

Prior to being purchased by Gomez and Blanco, the property was owned by a famous Hollywood director, according to TMZ, which first reported the news of the sale. When the singer and her fiancé bought the home, it marked one of the priciest sales in the area in 2024. The Spanish-inspired, opulent pad features a spiral staircase and library. Outside the mansion, there is a fitness center, pool, and a glass greenhouse solarium—a nod to Blanco’s green thumb; the singer has been known to use his garden to give back to the community.
